Criteria:

First preference shall be given to children of Cabela's employees from Cheyenne County who are Pell Grant eligible. Second preference shall be given to students from Cheyenne County who are Pell Grant eligible. Third preference shall be given to children of Cabela's employees in the state of Nebraska who are Pell Grant eligible. Fourth preference shall be given to student from the state of Nebraska who are Pell Grant eligible. Recipients must have a GPA of at least a 2.5.
